Connect your printer with a wired network

A wired connection will help you in connecting to multiple devices on a wired network for accessing the printer and requires the use of an Ethernet cable. You can directly connect your printer to the router as given in the following:

 

 

1) Simply connect one end of the Ethernet cable in the printer and the other one of the cables into your router. Then, turn on your printer.

 

2) On the printer’s control panel, make use of the arrow key for selecting the menu, and then choose the Network Settings.

8) If you connect your printer through a USB cable, choose the USB connection. If you use the Wi Fi or Ethernet connection, choose the Network Connection. Then, click on Next.
